Goes in: resources.assets
~~~ GAME MUST BE CLOSED ~~~
1. Download the .png to your desktop.
2. Open AssetBundleExtractor
3. In ABE hit file and then open
4. Open resources.assests found in D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Flashing Lights\flashinglights_Data or where ever you have the game installed.
4. In resources.assests find Vic_Body_Police_D. It should be a texture 2D file.
5. Hit plugins then Edit, then load, then find the .png from your desktop and double click it.
6. Hit OK, then OK, then OK, then save the edited resources.assests to your desktop.
7. Drag the edited resources.assests to your flashinglights_Data folder.
8. Hit Replace!
9. Open your game.
10. Enjoy!
