About This File
This is my first attempt at modding. It was inspired by **matthewtrakker**'s San Bernardino County Vehicle skin pack. Its missing the front flag and the name plate but its a start. Technical help credit JoeMSin. Expect a more detailed version to be released in the near future.

This is an update to my last upload. I added a cap, front flag and name tape. I also resized the shoulder patches. Enjoy!
