INSTALLATION:
The way to install this is just like every other Flashing Lights vehicle texture modification. If you do NOT know how to install vehicle texture modifications for Flashing Lights, check out these two awesome tutorials linked below! One is by the awesome Garrett Plays and the other is by the amazing Herogus3xD who created this whole site!

DESCRIPTION:
Hello whoever is reading this, this is a mod I made using LeoSM_07's UV maps for their charger and the blank, black and white example template in the 2015 Dodge Charger modification posted above. Since the new Flashing Lights map still does not have a name ( other than Nillsville.. ) I decided to go with a simple "UNNAMED CITY POLICE" for the department name. You MAY change this for personal use, but please do not redistribute without my permission. I am 𝐹𝓇𝑜𝓈𝓉𝓎#0001 on Discord if you need anything!
