1. Make sure you have UBE
2. Open UBE, and go into your Flashing Lights directory.
3. Look for resources.assets, and open it in UBE.
4. Press CTRL+F and search for "Vic_Body_D-2"
5. Press "Plugins" on the side bar, then click "Edit"
6. Press "Load" at the bottom, and select this file when it prompts you.
7. Press "OK", and then press the "OK" at the bottom of the tab.
8. Save changes
9. Move into your Flashing Lights directory.
10. Done.
