WINDSOR POLICE SERVICE PACK

I will start off by saying this is the first pack I have made, more or less released sooooooo be kind

This pack features a 5 different livery textures based on Windsor's police service in Windsor Ontario.

The CVPI in this pack features Windsor's old-style livery and the FPIU and Charger feature Windsor's more modern style of liveries.

Due to Windsor not having Taurus' and Tahoes in their fleet the liveries in this pack are fictional, but follow the same style
