About This File
This file is a re-skin for the outer glass on the generic lightbar used on the Charger, CVPI's, the Transport Van, SUV and the Ambulance.
It will change the colour of the lightbar glass to be all red , not the actual colour of the flashing lights.
Keep in mind when using this file, that this will change all your vehicle lightbars outer glass to have red outer lanses,
but the light colours will still flash red and white on EMS and Fire vehicles, and Red and Blue on Police vehicles.
