About This File
This file is a re-skin for the outer glass on the generic lightbar used on the Charger, CVPI's, the Transport Van, SUV and the Ambulance.
It will change the colour of the lightbar glass to be all blue , not the actual colour of the flashing lights.
Keep in mind when using this file, that your EMS Crown Vic, FD Crown Vic, and Ambulance will all have their lightbars outer glass
changed to Blue, but the light colours will still only flash red and white.
