Emergency Light Mod

I am currently working on a skin to replicate a Michigan State Police Ford Explorer.  All MSP vehicles with lights on top have a single red bubble in the middle.  Is there a mod that I have not located that would allow me to change the default light bar to the single bubble?  I have attached an image of what I am attempting to replicate.

At this stage of modding it is NOT possible to make such lightbar, or even change light bars. But you can edit light bars by mesh files. But they will most likely break or look
