is this at all possible to do in flashing lights?

Ive seen so many great mods and reskins around but I wonder is there at all any possibility of add-on skins instead of replace skins there is a sheriff pack I real like and I think I would use either in the city or desert area another one would be if I wanted to do a Highway patrol I could have a highway skin I could switch to in game? or am I clueless and this already exists...?

Its not possible (at this point) to add new texture slots, in saying this some vehicles now have 3 texture slots you can edit meaning you can have a city, county, and highway texture on the vehicle but losing the ability to have an unmarked (depends on the mods you install ofcourse)
