    Just Click on the Taurus and click the top right button that says "Import Vehicle Configuration" and select this file.

    A fast flash pattern for all vehicles.  These are my personal ones that I use most of the time.  I despise slow flash patterns.  So if you want 100% custom flash patterns for every single vehicle in the game, this is for you.  Feedback is appreciated.
