I was gonna put the default Police Livery for it but it didn't look good in black so I put it as white because it looks gud 🙂, it also has a Columbus Police look to it because of the plain white livery however you don't have to keep on the white livery, but I recommend you use a white ish livery because it looks good in my opinion...
This ENTIRE PRESET was made yesterday so enjoy the fresh creation!!

STEPS TO INSTALL
1 - Download the file
2 - Load up Flashing Lights
3 - Open up the vehicle menu and select the 2021 Tahoe, then at the top right of your screen select Import Vehicle Configuration then find the file on your computer which should be in the Downloads page, then click open and it will be imported onto that vehicle.
