FL WINTER MOD (drag-and-drop)
This is Flashing Light's biggest and best winter mod ever! I can say that because it's the only actual winter mod. Conversely, this also means it's the smallest and worst winter mod at the same time. 🤔 Can you tell that I'm running on no sleep and am possibly suffering from a caffeine overdose?
Alright, enough of the nonsense. Now for the actual info! It contains more modified textures than I wish to count across 3 files. Keep in mind this is a sort of "light" version. It only has modified roads, sidewalks, and ground (The "full" version is only available to my Flashing Lights Department of Public Safety community, for those that have passed training). This mod does not include uniform/vehicle textures seen in the video below or screenshots.
There are some oddities which either cannot be fixed with the way the game shares textures and has them all over the place, randomly rotates them, or issues with lighting/shading, or whatever. Also, yes, I know there's like a random patch of grass in the city, bits of dirt, the fields, and some bits of road that don't have snow on them, and no, I won't be fixing those. Too much work for too little of a return (as for the fields, pretend they're muddy or something, I dunno. I've seen it plenty of times before where there's snow all around but cornfields and such have like no snow).
It's intended to have view distance no longer than 300, volumetric lighting on (for fog), grass turned off, and tree render distance set to low (most bushes and the like are controlled by this and not grass setting). In addition to these, it's best with you using the /snow command.
Installing this will remove most, if not all, mods you have in place if you have any. That is the nature of drag-and-drop style mods and cannot be "fixed." Drag-and-drop mods are also not compatible with each other usually. However, you will be able to manually install your own textures afterwards with UABE.

This pack is still a work in progress, the only things complete are the speed limit signs, as well as the yield sign. Updates will likely come.

Green TASER X26p mod

Guys, i have officially made the first ever taser re-skin, its in green, i will be coming out with more versions soon, this is work in progress.
HOW TO INSTALL
Go to unity assets bundle extractor,
click file
open
go to local disk c or where the game is installed
then program files x64
steam
steamapps
common
flashinglights
flashing lights data
then click name at the top until unnamed assets show
click on it
then do view search by name and paste this in scp_we2_01_d
it will take you to a material below, click on the texture one
then plugins
edit
ok
load, then select the taser file
ok
then hit enter if another screen pops up
save the file to your desktop
and now repeat steps 4 to 9 but drop the file into the folder, then allow it t change, close down files. launch your game and if you did it all corectly, you should see a green taser model

respond to all messages and give my reasons why i will not be accepting the request (main reasons will be if it looks too difficult, i am fairly new to skinning)
if there is a delay i will alert you to it, I will give an ESTIMATED time of completion after accepting, be aware this will not always be 100 percent gurantee.
I prefer keeping the requestee up to date on the creation of their request and will prefer a reply back.
Modpacks will be rejected if i have too many one off creations in queue. I may accept them but i will be alerting to a wait for the finished product. One offs will tend to be priority.
Mods without sufficient reference photos will be REJECTED.
I hold the rights to choose against creating the skin even after its been accepted, once again i will alert you to this and give my reasoning.
My services are free and this is just a hobby, i will be creating your skin in my free time.

Ladder Truck Stripe Removal & Color Correction Add-on

These files can be used with any livery on your ladder truck.
These 2 files will remove the bumpy stripe, and color correct the ladder truck. (See screenshots for before and after.)

Tanker Ambulance Box Color Correction Add-On
