I've tried the method of trying to change the siren but it says can not read this bundle file. So whats going on

Make sure you are using unity 2017 version as no newer ones will work with it atm

Is there a way to change the siren without having to use Unity because my computer cannot download Unity

Only other way would be for someone else to install it and send the files to you, Unity is the only way to change sounds/models
