Installation:
- Download Unity Bundle Extractor
- Create an account on flmods.com
- Press download on this file
- Save it in a place you will remember
- Extract
- Open resources (under assest in Unity Bundle Extractor (flashinglights_Data)
- Search Vic_Body_Police_D for marked or Vic_Body_D-2 for unmarked (Police)
- Press F3
- Click on "Plugins"
- Click "Edit"
- Click "Load"
- Select this file
- Click OK
- Select "Multi-thread"
- Click OK to save
Once saved, simply replace the original resources with the new, edited version, confirm the replacement, open up Flashing Lights on Steam, and enjoy!

Story Description:
This is the Fuerza's Publicas Cars from Real-life, Costa Rican cars. Fuerza Publica is the country's law enforcement force, which performs policing and border patrol functions. In other words, It is a permanent police force, of a civil nature, which by constitutional mandate, must ensure the security and exercise of the rights and freedoms of all human beings located within Costa Rican territory, in alliance with the community.
During 1996, the Ministry of Public Security established the creation of the Costa Rican Public Force, a Ministry Unit that reorganized some police forces, eliminating the Civil Guard, Rural Assistance Guard, Proximity Police and border soldiers, same as in Instead of being separate entities, they are now subordinate under the Ministry and operate on a geographical basis, subdivided into commandos, with the aim of ensuring security on the ground, application of laws, combating drug trafficking, prevention and repression of crimes and organized crime and the functions of the border patrol.

Hello, thank you for downloading my (OfficerMika's) skin.
This is a sheriff crown vic and a Explorer, this is a work in progress.
Plans
- Make a "Befäls" skin for the van.
- Make a swedish tow truck.
- Make the colours a bit lighter in the uniforms.
- Fix the badge on the uniforms.
- Make a Swedish SWAT skin.

Known bugs
- None
Installation
- Open AssetBundleExtractor
- Press "file"- "open"
- Navigate to your FL directory. ("C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Flashing Lights\flashinglights_Data")
- Open "resources.assets"
- Press "name" in the overhead panel.
- Press any "unmaed asset"
- Press "V" on your keyboard.
- Navigate to "Vic_Body_Police_D"(CVPI) or "Veh_Fex-01_exterior-dif"(Explorer)
- Make sure it is a "texture" file.
- Press "plugins".
- Press "edit"
- Press "load" in the bottom.
- Navigate to my .zip folder and get the .png file.
- Press "save"
- Press "OK"
- Save the "resources" file to your desktop.
- Move the "resources" file to your "flashinglights_data" file.
- Open the game!
- You may not further modify this file in any way, shape or form without permission of the original Ofc.Mika.
- This file shall only be distributed on FLMODS.com unless otherwise authorized by me.
